the opportunity to develop the Kitchen and front-of-house.  Head Chef will work closely with the Management Team to develop this important and high profile Restaurant.

As one of our Swimming Instructors you will take
classes that include after school hours and / or
mornings at weekends.  We work to the ASA/National
plan.  Knowledge of the National Plan would be an
advantage but not essential.  hourly rate : £10.50 ph
